Council unanimously approved an amendment to Planned Development PD 21-11-1237 to permit subdivision of a 1.49-acre office site at 1020 North Murphy Road, allow no side-yard setback between the two resulting nonresidential lots, shared parking, and matching screening; applicants and neighbors spoke in favor.
