Basalt planning commission backs lot-line shift, easement move at Ridge Road; conditions added
The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended that town council approve a PUD amendment and lot-line adjustment for 202 and 204 Ridge Road to relocate a pedestrian/bike access easement, rectify a retaining-wall encroachment and keep the existing building envelope, contingent on strengthened signage, HOA concurrence and recording/timing conditions.
