Committee hears CPI-based transfer increase; no separate vote required

Staff presented the annual CPI-based adjustment for the city general fund transfer, saying the December 2024 CPI for the Atlanta–Sandy Springs area was 2.61%. "With the 2.61% increase, it'll increase it to $15,511,806," said the staff member (Speaker 4), adding the increase equals $393,086 and that policy caps adjustments at 3%.
