The Ketchikan Gateway Borough Planning Commission approved a major variance (Resolution 45-32A) allowing an existing parking/steel structure to remain and encroach 9 feet into the front setback and 13 feet into the side setback on Tract USS 3387; staff cited cost of removal and access constraints and recommended approval.
