The county amended code section PCC 2.113.010.D to remove an ambiguous $75,000 per fiscal year cap and leave the limit at $150,000 per fiscal biennium for Community Needs Grant allocations. Chief counsel explained the change as a technical clarification to prevent unintended annual limits that, during the budget cycle, could cause applicants to lose funds because of contract or processing delays. The ordinance passed unanimously with no public comment.
