The Perry City Planning Commission on the record recommended approval of an amendment to the Orchards development agreement, a measure staff said responds to a UDOT-required closure and related traffic impacts. Staff member Bob Barnhart told the commission the developer and the city engineer added "2 to 3 feet of asphalt on the north side" to allow two eastbound lanes with a separate right‑turn lane, through lane and left‑turn lane to reduce pressure on the 3600 South intersection.
