After questions about access, curb-and-gutter requirements and how accessory units would be handled, an unidentified board member moved to approve the subdivision. The motion was seconded; members voted 'Aye' and the motion carried unanimously. The board instructed the applicant to take the signed map and large records to the county recorder and noted the recording fee would be under $100.
Staff said they would confirm whether both planning-and-zoning and the mayor’s signatures were required on the county filing and help the applicant coordinate delivering the map to the county recorder.
