Morrow County staff update: Community Service Building walkthrough, minor change orders and architecture study underway

County staff reported that Wooden Architecture/Amnis Design performed measurements for an architecture study; the contractor completed work at the Community Service Building and two additional items will require a supplemental appropriation and change order; staff expect to solicit multiple quotes and proceed below the formal bid threshold.
