Morrow County commissioners approve routine bills, road project change order and pay request

Commissioner Mason, Commissioner Abraham and Commissioner Siegfried voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the Sept. 29, 2025 regular session and to approve routine bills and vendor payments. The board also approved appropriations from certified funds for county services, a general fund allocation for the fairgrounds and a satisfaction of mortgage for Kenneth and Joyce Baldwin.
On public-works business, the board approved change order No. 1 with R and I Construction for project MRW CR 231.12. The board then approved pay request No. 3 for the same project (PID117458) and authorized the chairman to sign.
Separately, commissioners approved a request to sell or dispose of unneeded, obsolete county inventory via Good Deals.
