Committee accepts bill-introduction requests on geoengineering, lifetime licenses, firearm hold-agreements and notes prefiled drone bill

Chair Tom Kessler accepted several requests for bill introductions without objection, including a constituent-requested RS on geoengineering/weather modification, a previously passed youth and senior lifetime-licenses RS, a chair-introduced RS on FFL hold-agreement immunity, and a prefiled HB2423 about using drones to locate wounded or harvested deer.
