Committee forwards two bill introduction requests including Safe Battery Collection Act

At the Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources meeting, Alex Orel of Citadel Public Affairs introduced RS2561, the Safe Battery Collection and Recycling Act, on behalf of the National Waste and Recycling Association. "I am Alex Orel with Citadel Public Affairs, introducing a bill on behalf of the National Waste and Recycling Association," he said while identifying the bill as RS2561. The chair asked if there were questions; seeing none, the chair moved to request that the bill be introduced and the committee forwarded the request.
