Council reports LLC plan to manage Sherwood Hills open space with Cache County
Council members said they are forming a Wellsville–Cache County open-space LLC to hold and manage Sherwood Hills land; a proposed easement would preserve low-impact uses in perpetuity and transfer 40% of ownership to Wellsville before donation to the LLC.
