At the start of the September meeting, the Albany County Planning Board moved all referrals with staff opinion 'defer to local consideration' to the front of the agenda and voted to accept and close those deferrals as a group. The board then considered several modified local approvals and advisory notes for specific referrals, taking votes where staff recommended modifications.
