Commission adopts annexation and three ordinances, including East College special exceptions
At its Aug. 18 meeting the Decatur City Commission adopted ordinances to amend land use and zoning for 146 Scott Boulevard, approved an annexation for that parcel, and adopted an ordinance granting special exceptions for 541 East College Ave (Cafe Racer) with a DDA-recommended condition; reappointments to the Decatur Housing Authority were also confirmed.
