The Planning Commission recommended approval of annexation, a land-use amendment to Low-Density Residential and rezoning to R-60 for a parcel at 146 Scott Boulevard owned by the Venetian Pools Association. The recommendation came after the applicant and staff said the change would align city and county zoning across contiguous lots and address a nonconforming lot-coverage condition.
