The Holly Springs Tree Commission used its Feb. 11 meeting to finalize plans for the city's Arbor Day seedling distribution, scheduling volunteer arrival at 8:30 a.m. and setting public giveaway hours from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Unidentified Speaker 1 said Trey asked volunteers to "arrive on February at 08:30 in the morning.
