Decatur commission approves energy-audit authorization, TIP application, MS4 support and several street and project actions
The commission authorized negotiation of an investment-grade energy audit with Trane, approved an ARC TIP application for intersection studies (with $275,000 local match), extended Jacobs' MS4 support, updated LMIG resurfacing lists for FY25 and FY26, and approved a change order for the Decatur Square project and other routine administrative resolutions.
