McLendon-Chisholm city council on a unanimous vote approved the Willow Creek Plan Development (PD) ordinance for approximately 360 acres and adopted a companion resolution to create a Willow Creek Public Improvement District (PID), moves that implement a previously approved voluntary annexation and a development agreement.
