At the meeting’s close, Reagan provided administrative updates, including a probable Jan. 8 P&Z meeting and a larger Planning & Zoning meeting in March expected to consider final master-plan recommendations and public input. Reagan said the master-plan process is approaching its final stage but still allows for limited public involvement and potential revisions.
Staff also announced a new part-time position in the City Secretary’s office to assist with document retention and to serve as board secretaries, which will relieve Morgan (who has been acting as secretary) and allow Morgan to participate more in meetings.
Reagan wished commissioners a happy holiday season and reminded them to be available for the March meeting if possible.
