Chester MRAC reports progress on hiring, audit draft and EMS; no public comments
At the May 27 MRAC meeting, Receiver Michael Dowry said the city selected an emergency management services provider last week, the receiver's office received a draft 2021 audit (still under review), recruiting continues and EMS services are reported to be operating well; there were no public comments and no committee votes.

Receiver Michael Dowry told the Municipal Financial Recovery Advisory Committee on May 27 that recruiting efforts continue, the city "did just make a selection end of last week, to fill the emergency manager, management services position," and the receiver's office had received a draft of the 2021 city audit that is not yet ready for public release.
