The Board of Aldermen opened a public hearing on a rezoning request from Red Bud Development Group LLC seeking to change property zoning from C2 to R1 DPUD and to obtain a conditional-use permit for a proposed 32 single-family attached residential development at the address transcribed as "7393 Highway Inn and Stump Road." The developer asked the Board to delay a decision until they could submit revised plans.
