Council approved Ordinance 2025-20 (removes 'bed and breakfast' terminology; short-term rentals to be treated as hotels/motels) and Ordinance 2025-21 (codifies bonding requirements for off-site improvements, including a performance bond and a 10% one-year warranty bond).
