Clarkston — The Clarkston Town Council unanimously adopted Ordinance 25-03 on a state-required municipal privacy program, council members said during the December meeting. The ordinance implements Utah Code 63A-19-401(2)(a), which the state requires municipalities to put into place by Dec. 31.
