The DeKalb County Plan Commission on May 6 approved primary and secondary plat approval for petition 25-14, a one-lot minor subdivision called LG Ranch filed by Sarah and Richard Conroe. The proposed Lot 1 measures about 56.876 net acres, with proposed frontage of 787.61 feet on County Road 8; the parcel is zoned A-2 (agricultural).
