City Manager Kevin Woodhouse responded that staff had been running a complex renewal and inspection effort and were "still on target to complete that by the end of the month" and would seek to upload permit lists to the website, noting staff would aim to provide a written update prior to Pacifica's Coastal Commission hearing.
Councilmembers pressed staff to share a written status update before the Coastal Commission date and discussed whether the public could be given partial publishings (e.g., already‑permitted addresses) to support neighborhood enforcement while the full renewal process concludes. Staff said focus remained on completing renewals and inspections but agreed to explore interim postings.
No formal vote or ordinance change occurred at the meeting; the council directed staff to work on publication and to report back.
