Sen. Allen introduced SB 799 to revise the statute that created the South Bay Regional Housing Trust. The sponsor said the changes are intended to allow the trust — a joint powers authority created under SB 1444 — to operate with greater flexibility on board appointments, meeting participation and the use of alternates.
