Riverside County approves tentative parcel map 38154 in Mead Valley
The planning director approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 38154 to subdivide a 14.1-gross-acre Mead Valley parcel into three lots (1.6, 1.34 and 1.16 acres). Staff recommended a CEQA exemption under Guidelines section 15315; no public comments were received.

Riverside County staff presented and the hearing officer moved to approve Tentative Parcel Map No. 38154 on Jan. 5, 2026. The project, described by project planner Jake Roberts, would subdivide a 14.1-gross-acre parcel in the Mead Valley area into three lots (Lot 1: 1.6 gross acres; Lot 2: 1.34 gross acres; Lot 3: 1.16 gross acres). The site is bounded by Smoketree Street (south), Clark Street (west), Palm Lane (north) and Old Elsinore Road (east) and is designated very low density residential under the county general plan with existing light agricultural zoning (one-acre minimum).
