Riverside County swears in Robert Fish as county fire chief
The Riverside County Board of Supervisors administered the oath of office to Robert Fish and thanked outgoing Chief Bill Weiser; Fish pledged to continue departmental leadership and partnership with cities and regional partners.

Robert Fish was sworn in Dec. 9 as Riverside County’s new fire chief after a Form 11 appointment by the Board of Supervisors. The oath was administered during the board meeting, and Fish thanked supervisors, his family and the department for their support. “I promise that I will do everything I can to continue to lead as effectively as Chief Weiser has,” Fish said, addressing supervisors and staff.
