At the start of the Jan. 13 meeting the commission moved to approve its November minutes. Unidentified Speaker 3 moved to approve the minutes as presented (SEG 011) and Unidentified Speaker 4 seconded (SEG 012). The presiding speaker called for the ayes and the motion carried with affirmative responses recorded (SEG 013-016).
