The Transportation Commission approved two bus-stop adjustments for the March service change: routes C and J will skip one westbound University Avenue stop to reduce conflicts and a stop on Charter Street (Stop 490) will be closed because it is redundant and causes lane-change conflicts; the university reported no concerns.
