ADS reports faster security response, rolls out secured state chat and expands public GIS tools
ADS told the committee its security operations reduced average case resolution from about 37 days to under four, has rolled out a secure state-only chat/AI service for state employees, and reported high usage of public GIS tools used by agencies and regional planning commissions.
