A representative of Southwestern Power Group briefly addressed the Science, Technology & Telecommunications committee to describe long-distance transmission projects the company develops. The speaker said the firm developed a large project called Lisonbee and is now advancing a parallel line called Real Soul that would run about 550 miles from central New Mexico to central Arizona.
