Commissioners adopt resolution 25-R-4 to authorize rural transit operations and add three vehicles
The board approved authorizing resolution 25-R-4 to allow rural transit service in the Tri-County service area; Trisha Atkins said the 2026 capital grant will add two medium transit vehicles ($124,000 each) and one minivan ($75,000) with a 15% local match ($48,450) committed by Union County Council on Aging.
