Chris Rulo asked the board to waive front-yard setback requirements for his property at 1600 Persimmon Lane so he could add a main-floor master and expand his garage. Rulo said the current structure was built in 1996 and he wants to "age in place"; he described alternatives he had sketched but noted the packet did not include the precise changes he may ultimately seek.
