Council previews Built PUD makerspace; members press to tighten permitted-use language
Council received an introduction to Ordinance 26-03 (Built PUD), which would permit a makerspace business suites development just under 11 acres near SR 32 and Gray Road. Councilors asked the applicant to narrow permitted uses to prevent vehicle storage or other noncommercial storage uses and discussed connectivity, landscaping and parking.
