Adrian authorizes temporary sidewalk contract with Rock Hard Concrete
The commission approved Resolution R25-041 to allow Rock Hard Concrete to assume the C1-23 sidewalk contract temporarily after the incumbent contractor said it could not complete the work; Rock Hard will hold the same prices until the city rebids the contract.

The Adrian City Commission on July 7 approved Resolution R25-041 authorizing Rock Hard Concrete of Adrian, Michigan to temporarily take over the C1-23 sidewalk contract until the city can solicit new bids.
