ACF committee advances snowmobile funding amendment, LUPC rule changes and a food‑security study
In afternoon work sessions the committee voted to advance a snowmobile registration amendment (LD 1547) to create a two‑tier fee schedule and raise in‑season fees, approved Land Use Planning Commission rule adoption (LD 2039), and approved a resolve to study food insecurity in Maine (LD 2040) with a report due in January 2027.
