At the Jan. 27 meeting the Lorain County Board of Commissioners approved several infrastructure actions: authorization to advertise for bids on a roundabout at the intersection of Overland, Elyria and LaGrange Roads; authorization to advertise for bids on superstructure replacements for two bridges in Huntington Township; approval of a $129,877 interim consulting agreement with American StructurePoint for construction administration and inspection on the Bursley Road bridge replacement; and approval of two contracts with Quality Control Services LLC for construction administration and inspection on resurfacing and safety improvement projects.
