Parks board approves agenda and consent items
The Parks & Recreation Advisory Board approved the meeting agenda and the consent agenda by voice vote; staff noted consent items were informational and noncontroversial.

At the start of the Feb. 23 meeting the board approved the November agenda after a motion from Mike and a second from Bernie. Later, Bernie moved and Kyra seconded approval of the consent agenda; the board approved it by voice vote.
