On Jan. 27 the San Ramon City Council adopted Ordinance 5.36 on the consent calendar, approving a development agreement between the city and Sunset Development Company for the Canopy (Bishop Ranch 8 affordable site) and waiving a second reading; the vote was unanimous, 4-0.
