Planning staff informed the commission Nov. 26 that an earlier conditional-use permit for a communications tower had become at risk after the property it sat on changed hands and the tower was removed. Box Elder County inspected the site and confirmed the tower was not present as of Nov. 1; staff noted that if the tower remains gone through the compliance date noted in the permit, the permit will be void.
