Owner raises boundary discrepancies in Red Valley Heights; commission outlines plat-amendment process

Property owner Lance Maxwell presented a survey showing discrepancies between recorded subdivision lines and existing fence lines at Red Valley Heights. Maxwell said adjacent owners (Daniel and Lisa Smith and the Chamberlains, represented by Glenn) agreed to a boundary-by-acquiescence but that the recorded plat must be amended to reflect the fence line.
