Unidentified Speaker 1, a planning commissioner who chaired the meeting, said commissioners heard "a split" at a recent community discussion about changing the town's 5-acre minimum and treatment of nonconforming lots. "We're gonna try and solve for these," one commissioner said, but others warned that narrowly amending the code could create loopholes and greater enforcement burdens.
