Commission backs DDA support for Amlee mixed‑use redevelopment, cites grocery and inclusionary units
The commission voted to adopt a resolution supporting the DDA's economic development agreement for an Amlee Residential redevelopment at Commerce Drive that proposes up to 361 units, a 10,000+ sf qualifying grocery store, 36 inclusionary units at 80% AMI and a tax incentive structured as pilot payments with clawbacks.
