Commissioner's Court approves a package of contracts, RFP negotiations and CDBG-MIT grant paperwork
The court authorized multiple procurement negotiations (hazard mitigation, roadway assessment, wing-wall/SET, bank depository, metal storage, juvenile services construction), approved contracts or authorizations including a Lexipol services agreement and a 125-unit Axon Taser 10 purchase, and approved grant documents for three CDBG-MIT water-crossing projects. Several actions passed unanimously; one outreach materials purchase passed 2-1.
