Two smaller rezoning applications on the meeting’s expedited calendar moved quickly: the commission recommended approval of REZ2025‑00027 (Darlene and George Grubbs, ~5.26 acres to allow a family lot) and REZ2025‑00024 (amendment of proffers for a 1.88‑acre light‑industrial property) after staff presentations and no public opposition. Both recommendations were recorded with voice votes and no opposition and will be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors for final action.
