SB 6,054 (common‑interest communities / fire‑hardened materials): The committee adopted proposed substitute D, which removes the earlier 10% cap and clarifies what a common‑interest community may regulate regarding fire‑hardened exterior materials, then moved a due‑pass recommendation to Rules.
