Committee advances three technical housing bills in executive session

In executive session the Senate Housing Committee adopted substitutes and advanced due‑pass recommendations on SB 6,001 (scissor stairs/building code), SB 6,026 (commercial ground-floor limits / mixed-use rules with adopted amendments), and SB 6,054 (fire‑hardened materials for common interest communities). All three measures were advanced subject to signatures or for further committee referral.
