Allen council approves routine consent items, pulls two for separate consideration
The council approved a consent agenda that included minutes, an ordinance text amendment, multiple state grant-funded resolutions, and vendor contracts; items 5.6 (security/access controls) and 5.9 (fitness equipment) were pulled for separate presentations and votes.

City Secretary Shelley George read the consent agenda, which listed approval of Dec. 9, 2025 minutes; Ordinance No. 4198-1-26 amending the land development code for impact fee credits; resolutions authorizing state grants for a digital forensics examiner, a 3D scanner and a crime-scene imaging device; and several vendor contract items (security and access controls, uniforms, officiating services, fitness equipment) among others.
