Staff presented multiple preliminary and final plats (Landmark Phase 2, Reserves at Brush Creek, Transpear, Harris Addition, Hazler Addition, Roselawn Meadows and others). For many submittals staff recommended denial because technical comments remained outstanding, but staff repeatedly noted no objection to requested extensions to Dec. 17, 2025 to allow applicants to address those issues. Where applicants had satisfied comments, staff recommended approval — for example, Ashley Eckstead reported Jefferson North Elm satisfied outstanding comments and the commission approved the final plat (vote recorded as 5–0 with one abstention noted earlier for a related item).
Votes at a glance: the consent agenda passed 6–0. Numerous extension requests for final plats were approved (most 6–0). Jefferson North Elm (FP25‑35) was approved after the revised plat was submitted and found to meet criteria.
