Building code advisory group advances single-exit and multiplex housing appendices toward public comment

The Building Code Council ad hoc technical advisory group approved edits to two draft appendices and set them for the CR102 filing cycle, confirmed an April filing schedule and a May 6–June 12 public comment window, and adopted multiple editorial and substantive changes including a clarified stairway exception.
